Today I am sharing my 10-minute makeup routine. This routine will get you in and out if you’re running low on time. It took me years to master a routine that did not take an hour. Don’t get me wrong, I love spending time in the mirror, but sometimes we just don’t have the luxury of time.
Let’s Talk Skincare
Any long-lasting making look starts with good skincare. Before applying any makeup, I cleanse my skin with the Kylie Skin Foaming Cleanser and apply my favorite eye cream and serum. I like to use Hyaluronic Acid in the morning when applying makeup to give my skin an added boost of hydration and keep the oils at bay.

Primer
After I cleanse my face and apply all my skincare goodies, I go in with the Milk Makeup Grip Primer and color corrector if needed.
Foundation
I like to keep my makeup very minimal for work, so the Glossier Skin Tint is perfect for that. You don’t even need a Beauty Blender of brush, I prefer to squeeze a generous amount into my hands and apply with my fingers. If you prefer to use a foundation brush, the Morphe M439 is perfect for spreading the product evenly and quickly.
Concealer
Next up is concealer, the skin tint does not provide much coverage, so this is when you can apply concealer to add coverage or hide blemishes and dark spots. For everyday wear, the Glossier Stretch Concealer is my goto. It is very lightweight and easy to blend with your fingertips.
Setting Powder
To set my foundation and concealer, I use the Laura Mercier setting powder. I apply a light dusting over the perimeter of my face and I use a damp beauty blender to set the concealer.
Bronzer
Let’s add some definition to our face, shall we? I apply this bronzer right under my cheekbones, my jawline, and right across my hairline. The Fenty Beauty Instant Warmth Bronzer is so buttery and blendable, you do not need a lot of this product. It adds a beautiful glow to the skin.
Nose Contour
This step is not necessary, I’ve just recently become obsessed with contouring my nose. I like to use the contour powder from the KKW Beauty Contour Kit. I don’t do anything crazy here, the powder is only applied along the sides of my nose.
Blush
Now to my favorite part, blush! Some of my favorites for everyday wear and that are dark skin friendly from MAC are Razin, Fever, and Burnt Pepper. I love applying blush with an angled brush.
Brows
The brows can be the most tedious step in my routine but is a must. The ABH Brow Wiz is my favorite product for brows, it is so easy to use. For an everyday natural makeup look, I prefer to go with a lighter shade instead. After filling in my brows, I set them with the Clear Brow Gel to keep the product from moving.
Mascara
The only step I do for eyes is mascara. I am not really an eyeshadow person. The Glossier Lash stick has been my goto for some time, but these are some of my favorites.
Setting Spray
Lastly, to lock it all in place, I use my favorite mattifying setting spray. Here are a few others that do the trick. MAC Fix +, Boscia, Mario Badescu Rose Water.
There you have it! We are finally done. On a good day, this takes me about 10 to 15 minutes. As I said, it took me a while to master this look. I am a full glam kind of girl, but sometimes it just cannot be done. I hope you enjoyed my 10-minute makeup routine. What does your routine look like? Is it more or fewer steps than mine? What are your goto products?
