Now onto the review! I wanted to do a full review of Sand and Sky. They’ve been making waves all over the internet with their amazing products. The products I will be reviewing today include a clay mask, a hydrating mask, an exfoliator, and glow drops. If you are interested in trying this brand keep reading.

The Packaging
Let’s start with the packaging. Sand & Sky has beautiful packaging with a matte finish. Each product is a vibrant neon shade of purple or pink. The matte finish is very chic and trendy, it also has some weight to it which makes it feel luxurious.
Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Flash Perfection Exfoliating Treatment
I genuinely look forward to exfoliating 2 times per week. It truly brings my skin back to life, it gets rid of the dryness and excess oils. With this exfoliator, the texture of my skin is left feeling smooth and bright. It’s gentle and won’t leave your skin dry and flaky. The pink clay reduces shine and decongests the skin which makes it perfect for prepping your skin before applying foundation.
Apply this to your skin and massage for about 30 seconds, then let it sit for about five minutes. The texture of the mask is thick and it’s both a physical and chemical exfoliant made with bamboo and macadamia seed.
I love to use this about once or twice a week especially around my nose because that’s where my skin tends to be the driest. Although this product can be used 3 times per week – it isn’t necessary. Listen to your skin, you never want to over-exfoliate.
Australian Pink Clay Porefining Face Mask
This mask is really, really good. I would say that is the best clay mask for oily skin because it really detoxifies the skin and pulls out all that excess oil that could be causing breakouts. The mask noticeably shrinks pores which is a dream for applying makeup. If you want a smooth canvas before putting on foundation, this the product for you. The best part about this mask is that it comes with an applicator brush so you get a smooth application so there’s no mess.
After cleansing your skin, apply an even layer to dry skin using the applicator brush. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes, or until completely dry. Lastly, gently remove with warm water, and pat dry. My skin is very oily so I normally use this 2-3 times a week, but if you have dry or sensitive skin it is recommended to use this product 1-2 times per week.
I always recommend doing a patch test behind the ear with any new products because you never know how your skin will react.
Australian Emu Apple Super Bounce Mask
This face mask is hydrating, it brightens and protects the skin while providing an instant glow. The mask is packed with super-potent antioxidants that boost brightness, combat signs of aging, and reactivate hyaluronic acid production. The texture of this mask is unlike any that I’ve ever tried, it’s bouncy and cooling to apply.
I start by applying a thin layer all over my face with the applicator brush and let it go to work for about ten minutes. Sand and Sky gets bonus points for including applicator brushes. This is my go-to product when my skin needs a little loving. At times my skin can be very dull and this mask always brings my skin back to life.
Start by applying a generous amount to freshly cleansed skin and let it sink into the skin for ten minutes. Then follow up with the dreamy glow drops and your favorite moisturizer.
Sand & Sky Australian Emu Apple Dreamy Glow Drops
The dreamy glow drops is a bi-phase serum that penetrates deep into the skin and helps lock in moisture. The water phase contains five types of hyaluronic acid that hydrate and plump with skin while the Australian Glow Berries boosts the skin’s natural hyaluronic acid production. The oil phase contains jojoba, almond, and olive oils that gives the skin instant smoothness and locks the ingredients deep into the skin.
This is my favorite product from Sand and Sky. I find myself reaching for this almost every night. After the first use, I noticed that it improved the dryness of my skin and gave it an instant glow. The formula is very lightweight and it almost seems as though there isn’t much oil at all. Before you apply this, make sure to shake it to active the indigents.
I found it to be quite runny so it is best to apply it straight from the dropper onto your skin. I was expecting a more intense glow, but it did improve the texture of my skin and helped retain moisture. I also like to use a few drops in my foundation for that dewy look.
Final Thoughts
Well, that concludes my review of Sand and Sky. As you can see, I am in love with all of these products and I highly recommend this brand. You will get results with these products and notice an immediate difference in the texture of your skin. As I said the products are suitable for all skin types, but please do a patch test.
I cannot wait to try the smoothing body sand, and any other future products Sand and Sky plan to launch.
I hope you enjoyed this review and maybe inspired you to try something new. Has anyone tried any of these items from Sand and Sky? If so I would love to hear your thoughts down below.
